Biscayne Bay Campus
We are a student organization at FIU Biscayne Bay Campus that focuses on giving all students the opportunity to learn, design, and make creative materials. These materials could be for cool projects, useful gadgets, or anything that you want to bring to life. We will be focusing on both the proposal, business, and design processes, as well as the actual construction and manufacturing for each project or item.
There will be organized educational sessions and workshops to give members the skills in preparation for making their designs and proposing their production in the future. These seminars include learning how to use a 3D printer, how to use 3D modeling software, vinyl cutting, and other digital fabrication practices.
We accept any FIU student from any major and any background that wants to make great things or learn how to get on the right track to making it, though Honors students will receive special offers.
